The Polstar PMA-248 is a cost competitive external GPS antenna that is designed for marine applications. By employing the Sony CXD2951GA-4 chipset, users will enjoy the fastest Time-To-First Fix and can begin navigation immediately with highly accurate positioning readings.
The RS-232 (RS-242 optional) interface used by the PMA -248 permits designers to integrate it across a wide range of platforms and to be used by different applications with relative ease.
