If you have lost your proof of purchase, please contact the place of purchase for more details. You will also need to leave a return mailing address and a daytime number for us to contact you by.


● Q: How do I seek warranty services if it is still within my warranty period?

A: Please contact the place of purchase, which will give you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number. You will need this RMA number when seeking warranty services. You will also be supplied with further information if required, as this will differ between retailers.


● Q: What other warranty options are there available?

A: Most retailers offer extended warranty services for a fee; therefore you should contact your retailer for more information. Presently, Polstar offers a 1-year limited warranty on all its products as stated in the user's manual.


● Q: Are there any costs involved in obtaining warranty services?

A: No, Polstar will be responsible for all costs incurred, provided that the product is still within the warranty period and its use was consistent with the instructions and warnings as stated in the user's manual.


● Q: Does your warranty cover parts as well?

A: Our warranty covers everything that is enclosed in the product package, and a list of what is enclosed can be found on the product packaging and in the user's manual.
